Bereaved Parents Group
Support group for parents who are grieving the loss of a child.
Twice Monthly, Mondays, 6:00-7:00pm.
Bereaved Spouse Group
Support group for adults who are grieving the loss of a spouse or partner.
Two Options Available:
Twice Monthly, Mondays, 6:00-7:00pm
Twice Monthly, Tuesdays, 10-11am
Adult Loss of Parent Group
Grief support for adults who have experienced the death of a parent.
Twice Monthly on Mondays, 6:00-7:00pm.
Complex & Unresolved Grief Group
Virtual support group for those who have experienced complex, unresolved grief.
Weekly on Thursdays Via Zoom, 2:00-3:00pm (Begins January 15)
Mindful Self-Compassion & Grief
This program offers a nurturing space to explore grief and emotional pain through discussion, reflection, and compassion-based practices using The Mindful Self-Compassion Workbook.
Monthly on Tuesdays, 1:00 – 4:00pm
Coffee and Conversation
Coffee & Conversation is not a formal support group, but an opportunity to connect with other grieving adults in a relaxed, conversational atmosphere.
Twice Monthly on Wednesdays, 9:45-10:30am.

Michael’s Place is open M-Th, 9:00 am-4:00 pm, with extended evening and weekend hours for programming.

Michael’s Place follows the TCAPS inclement weather policy, and all programming is canceled on snow days.
- Michael’s Place observes major holidays and is closed the week of TCAPS spring break, the week of Cherry Festival and the week of Christmas-New Year’s.
