About this Seated/Chair Yoga Practice
Yoga for grief combines many forms of yoga, movement, and breath techniques to help participants process grief and use it as fuel for transformative healing. This practice is not as much about physical flexibility as it is about emotional liberation.
This mindful practice promotes great insights as to how we hold tension, move (or do not move) our bodies, and how we relate to the sensations in the body. This seated practice will be a relaxing experience and offers a gentle approach to healing.
Participants will be invited to stay for coffee, tea, and conversation after each class.
